Machining capabilities for IoT device components

Fost's precision machining approach offers rich advantages to manufacturers of iot equipment that require parts with high requirements for precision tolerances and surface finish. We have a full range of precision processing capabilities, including aluminum die casting, precision stamping, CNC secondary processing, various surface treatment requirements.

Die Casting

The process uses high pressure to inject liquid alloy metal into a reusable steel mold and then rapid cooling to solidify the alloy metal into its final shape. The problem of casting thin wall and complex structure is solved and the production cycle is shortened.

Stamping

The process relies on presses and molds to exert external forces on plates, strips, pipes and profiles to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece. Compared with casting and forging process, the parts manufactured by this process have the characteristics of thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can increase rigidity by producing parts with stiffeners, ribs, undulations or flanges that would otherwise be difficult to produce.

CNC machining

The process uses digital technology to control the machine's machining operations, removing the necessary materials from the workpiece to produce custom-designed parts.It solves the problems of various parts, small batch, complex shape and high precision, and realizes the high efficiency and automation of machining.
