Preparing for project

Once sales department receives a new purchase order, sales coordinator will review the purchase order thoroughly, paying close attention to quantities, drawing revision, require delivery date, prices and terms and conditions. Drawing revision is the most important in verify process, ensure the material, dimension tolerances and surface treatment and other technical specifications are the latest before move to further steps.

Blueprints and CAD designs

Engineers use 3D rendering software in order to produce a computer model of customer drawings and design. This can help to reveal any potential issues that weren’t evident from the product design itself. Also takes this opportunity to return to the final design stage and deal with any problems now.

Pre-Machining Preparations

First of all, before processing, we need to make preparations. For customized precision stamping and die-casting parts, the key things to prepare are raw materials and molds. If secondary machining is required, CNC programs, part fixtures and measuring tools are also required. These preliminary procedures will ensure a smooth process.

Production

Manufacturing precision stamping and die casting parts involves a number of processes. Specific part characteristics are created during each type of machining. Sometimes in order to facilitate the subsequent production of customers, some parts and components also need secondary processing. Auxiliary operations can be added to achieve desired shape, precision, mechanical properties, or surface finish.

Surface finishing

After the components have been formed and secondary processes have been completed, the surface treatment is possible way to obtain sufficient resistance against environmental attack oxidation. Plating on steel and copper components can improve corrosion resistance, add decorative appeal, enhance solderability, add mechanical strength and reduce friction. Anodizing is common for aluminum which converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish.

Assembly & Testing

The value added assembly and testing service ensure customer specifications and functionality are meet. Specific testing such as, dimensional, functional operation, assembly torque & force, leak & flow testing, electrical testing of mechanical or electrical assemblies are all performed in house. This gives the customer the competitive advantage of purchasing ready-to-use assemblies saving their valuable internal resources.

Quality Inspection

Quality inspection is very important in precision stamping and die casting. It is crucial to fabricate the part following the dimensions and controls specified per the customer’s print requirements. The common metrics checked in machined parts are usually dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity.

Finished parts

A good packaging maximize the protection on the product from potential hazards that can occur during storage or the distribution cycle and that could affect the products. Therefore, we provide wide range of anti-corrosive packaging and flexible packaging. Materials such as VCI film, anti-rust oil, plastic tray, and bag that are used as a part of anti-corrosive packaging helps to prevent goods from exposing to various climate zones.
